FT Mental Health Therapist

Charis Counseling, who recently celebrated their 21st year in business, is looking for a FT Mental Health Therapist for their Marshfield Office. (One day per week in Wausau is possible).

Charis Counseling is a licensed outpatient mental health clinic with its headquarters located in Wausau, WI and a second office in Marshfield, WI. Charis Counseling is comprised of licensed professionals who counsel from a Christian worldview but see clients from all walks of life. The ideal candidate will be a highly competent therapist trained in CBT, DBT, EFT, or ACT and comfortable working with people who do not have any faith orientation as well as those who do. Clients may be looking for therapy where Christian faith is integrated and for therapy that does not. Training or willingness to get training in techniques to work with trauma (ie, EMDR, Brain Spotting, etc.) will be useful.

Qualifications: A minimum of a Counselor In Training (IT) but preferably a licensed therapist (i.e, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist, etc.).

Location: Therapist will be working primarily in our Marshfield, WI office.

Hours: FT is considered averaging greater than 20 client hours per week (25/week is preferred).

Wage: Income is based on a percentage of collections earned by the therapist. A therapist who averages 22 clients/week over 52 weeks could expect to earn approximately $75,000 annually.
